Because our products are digital eBooks delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

 Duplicate purchases
 File is corrupted or cannot be opened
 Wrong file delivered
 Technical issue on our side that prevents download
 Accidental duplicate payment

We will work quickly to resolve download issues or provide a replacement file.
